I started taking pictures with an analog camera when I was 9 and was awarded for nature photography in the province at the age of 13. In the beginning, for my parents’ interest I studied constructional engineering which I followed with studying architecture. With architecture, I learnt about forms and spaces which reflects in my photography. My interest in photography was so keen that I finally chose it as a major in the university. My concern has always been having a different view towards the spaces I go to. After studying architecture, in addition to spaces, people became important to me, so I chose portrait photography in order to get closer to people and capture their momentary feelings.
